Andrew Shenton BSc(Hons), DipCons MRICS BCAS
Andrew is a self-motivated Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager who, specialises in Historic Buildings Conservation, and undertakes standard Building Surveying roles.
His main expertise is applying traditional and historic construction techniques in the preservation of buildings, and in the construction of new buildings, so that they can achieve sustainability and be enjoyed by future generations.
Andrew aims to work with clients, to evolve their dreams and ideas, to bring a building back to purposeful use.
Andrew lives in Shropshire, and is married to Christine, who comes from New Zealand. They both enjoy walking, camping, outdoor adventures, and visiting historic properties.
His experience of working within the field spans over twenty five years, with fourteen years spent working at senior project management and design level. He is a practical problem solver who is able to meet challenges, with a traditional team approach, delivering projects within realistic costs and programme parameters.

In the field of historic building conservation, Andrew uses a traditional team based approach when responding to the requirements of clients. In 2012, he attained RICS Building Conservation Accredited Surveyor status, and was shortlisted for a RICS Regional Award 2012 for Building Conservation. Andrew acts as a judge for the RICS Awards (Building Conservation) 2014 and 2015
